Subscribers receive automatic deliveries based on their selected frequency.

2. Payment & Billing

  • All subscription payments are processed automatically using your chosen payment method.

  • You will be billed on the same date of each billing cycle (e.g., every 30 days for monthly plans).

  • If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times before the subscription is paused.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

4. Modifications & Pauses

  • You can pause or modify your subscription (product, quantity, or delivery frequency) through your account.

  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the consumable nature of CBD products, we do not offer refunds on subscription orders once they are shipped.

  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

6. Legal Compliance

  • We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if we suspect misuse or violation of our terms.
